Founded in 1999, GDP Property Services offers a diverse range of facilities management solutions, aiming to be a one stop shop for high rise building works.

Over the first ten years GDP continued to refine its systems and procedures to ensure the company could continue to grow and maintain its competitive edge. It was at this milestone the company decided to take on an additional partner, Matt Tisdall, allowing GDP to expand its services again into office fitouts, refurbishments, and general electrical works.

GDP have become market leaders in providing combined services in high rise window cleaning and BMU maintenance works whilst maintaining excellent safety records.

In October GDP Property Services was presented with an outstanding performance in business by BRW’s Fast 100 of 2009.

Experience

We possess a combined 48 years solid work experience in our industry between our operations team providing service excellence to our clients specialising in management of BMU’s, high rise window cleaning, height safety, electrical, office fitout and refurbishment work.

Capabilities

Our in house knowledge and expertise is highly regarded in the industry as proven through contracts held for maintenance services to the three moving roofs in Melbourne at Etihad Stadium (formerly Telstra Dome), Rod Laver and Hisense Arena’s (formally Vodafone Arena) plus access equipment and maintenance on many of Melbourne’s landmark buildings in the CBD such as ANZ Bank, AON Building and Commonwealth Bank. Companies like Jones Lang LaSalle have entrusted GDP to manage height safety and maintenance services for the latest of their high-tech buildings, CBW located at 550 Bourke and 181 William Streets. GDP provide BMU’s, window cleaning and associated high rise services for CBW.
